Parent Pay Online payments

Gayhurst Community School uses Parent Pay, a secure online payment system.  This system allows you to make payments to our school using the Internet. Payments for school lunches, Nursery fees, breakfast club and trips can all be made online now.

There is dedicated email for all queries related to ParentPay. If you are a new Gayhurst parent/carer and do not yet have an activated account, please send an email to to request your child’s activation letter. You can also email with enquiries about balances for school meals, breakfast club, after school clubs and Nursery fees.  We aim to respond to your query within two working days.       

We advise that you login to your child’s account regularly and make payments to avoid getting into debt.
