Gayhurst's animation film Germinator

Germinator, the animated film created by pupils from J3 in 2011 with artists Lizzy Hobbs and Emily Tracy, was nominated for an Audience Award at the First Light Awards held at the BFI earlier in 2012.

Germinator, the animated film created by pupils from J3 in 2011 with artists Lizzy Hobbs and Emily Tracy, was nominated for an Audience Award at the First Light Awards held at the BFI earlier in 2012.

The experimental film which was funded by First Light was made from archive footage from the BFI. It was also shown at  AniFest 2012 an animation festival held in The Czech Republic, under the section 'Films made by children'. If you'd like to watch Germinator click here.
