Appeal from our chef Sergio for Rational oven
We are fundraising for a new Rational combo oven for our school kitchen
We need your support to raise £11k for a new Rational combi oven. We know we talk a lot about our shrinking budgets, but Gayhurst gets around £10,000 a year in its budget to maintain the entire 3 storey building and its contents and a broken lift can cost us that much alone. As you are aware we home cook all our meals at Gayhurst and we have a fantastic team in the kitchen who prepare and deliver 600 fresh meals a day in a two hour window to do this properly they really need this new oven.
Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to achieving our goal. If everyone contributed as little as a cost of a child’s meal £1.70 (£8.50 for week & £331.5 yearly) we would easily reach our target. Your contribution will go directly to the purchase of this oven.
