For Sport Relief this year we all dressed in sports clothes and the whole school took part in a giant Skipathon.
Our classes were very busy being creative during the week before half term with the first of our Art & DT afternoons to which parents and carers were invited to come along and help.
At the end of our recent Science Week we held a special Science Fair with a host of great experiments and activities for our pupils and their families to take part in together....
Science week took off with a blast at Gayhurst this week. Years 1, 2, 3 and 4 started their week on Monday with a carousel of fun science activities
5E and 5A visited the Tower of London last week as part of our topic Rulers and Government
Gayhurst football team are the 2013 winners of the Bridge Academy 5-a-side boys outdoor football tournament!
The Round Chapel was packed to the rafters on Friday with standing room only for what proved to be a hugely successful whole school concert
Years 3 and 4 went to the Thames River for Mudlarking trips this week The children really enjoyed themselves.
On Friday 22nd November we held our International Evening. The event was packed with great entertainment
Years 1 & 2 recently visited the Geffrye Museum, where they looked at a typical Victorian living room and compared it to a 1990's living room.
Last Friday lots of children and staff came to school in their pyjamas to help raise money for Children In Need
