    Booking Form Gayhurst RLC & RK parents & carers

    Reception class Parent & Carer Come to School Session

    Please make sure you book a slot for your child's class only (either class RLC or RK). We are only able to offer a booking for ONE ADULT PER FAMILY.

    Bookings are limited to 5 per time slot and are offered on a first come first served basis. If your preferred time slot is already full it will not allow you to book, in which case please selected another time slot.
