Extended Day Provision
Wraparound care at Gayhurst consists of Breakfast club, Extended Day club and Specialist clubs. All activities can be booked on the magic booking system. Please register your child: https://gayhurst.magicbooking.co.uk
Breakfast Club:
Breakfast Club runs from 8 am to 9 am. The cost is £4.50 per child. Children will enjoy a healthy breakfast of fruit, bagels and cereal. There is no entry to breakfast club after 8.30am.
Extended Day:
Gayhurst's Extended Day has three options:

During extended day, the children will have a range of activities to choose from, including free play, sports outside, board games, arts and crafts, drama time, and homework time.
Specialist Clubs:
Our specialist clubs take place between 3.45- 4.45pm and are ‘block-booked’ for the whole term. Depending on the club, they cost between £4 and £5 per session. They are booked for the whole term because they are based around a particular project or course. Specialist clubs include pottery, gymnastics, yoga, and chess plus many more! The weekly newsletter will give further information when these clubs go on sale.
For breakfast club, extended day and specialised clubs, you must book on the Magic Booking system. All payments must be made to ensure the booking is confirmed. Late booking fees and late collection fees apply. You can amend your bookings for extended day up to three hours before the sessions starts.
