Our new chef starts today

We are delighted to announce that Gayhurst’s new chef Nicole Pisani is starting today

We are delighted to announce that Gayhurst’s new chef Nicole Pisani is starting today. Nicole has been head chef at Ottolenghi’s Soho restaurant for the last two years and has published a cookery book called Magic Soup. Nicole is coming to Gayhurst to lead our kitchen and take our school food to a new level. Nicole has a passion for creating healthy and vibrant dishes with interesting ingredients and spice combinations. She has some great ideas and is looking forward to working alongside children, staff and parents to make Gayhurst’s school meals the best ever! She is also going to be running cookery lessons for children and working with teachers to improve our education around healthy eating and living. Nicole is looking forward to meeting everyone and becoming a part of the Gayhurst Community.
